Traditionally, the term Employee Health Benefits was synonymous with medical insurance / hospitalization benefits only; ie, Secondary Care. Whereas today, 90% of individual healthcare and wellness-related expenses in India are out of pocket on Primary Care; be it Mental Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, Diagnostics, Medicines, and most of all, regular doctor appointments. The Covid-19 Pandemic has not only caused such expenses to increase multi-fold, but also created a need for accessible systems.
In a professional setting, such offerings are either lacking, or provided in an ad hoc, broken manner through various individual platforms. As a result, the experience for an employee is disconnected, with limited utilisation and engagement.

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join our high-energy team.
As part of your day-to-day work, you will be
- Managing and forecasting a sales pipeline
- Connecting with the relevant decision-makers: CEOs/Founders/HRs/Wellness Heads/Rewards Team/Compensation & Benefits Team
- Communicating constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the sales pipeline
- Proactively sourcing new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
- Researching accounts to understand the needs, enabling effective follow-up, and generating interest
- Becoming an expert in Corporate health benefits, wellness, and primary healthcare
- Build relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers & Insurers
Compensation
- Compensation will depend on the last drawn salary and the quality of the candidate
- The variable pay/bonus structure will be shared only during the interview
Must Have’s
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of B2B SaaS Sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing HealthTech/HRTech/ Startup/Insurance Broking
