Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at COMPATHY HEALTH in Bengaluru. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing clinical supervision, offering counseling services, and contributing to mental health interventions. Additionally, they will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to patients.


Qualifications

  • Education: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (from a recognized university/institution).
  • Experience: Prior clinical experience (preferred but not mandatory). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Licensure: Registered with RCI


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments (interviews, psychometric tests, and diagnostic evaluations).
  • Providing individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health conditions
  • Designing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Developing treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals (psychiatrists, counselors, etc.).
  • Providing psychological counseling to patients and their families.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records.
