Job Type: Full-Time (This will be a 5-day work-from-office experience.)

Timings: US (5:30pm to 2:30am) (Cab facility + Meals in Office)

Desired Experience: ~2+ years of work experience

Salary Budget: 35-45k per month

Role Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities, along with content creation.
  2. Assisting the sales team in lead generation, presentations, meetings, and addressing inquiries with product/service information.
  3. Leading customer interactions and service experiences for GTM Pilot projects: Following the service playbook to fulfil service requests, timely resolution to customer issues, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels, and collecting feedback to enhance products/services and overall customer experience.
  4. Collaborating across teams to ensure program success by tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing improvement solutions.
