Our mission is to innovate and inspire through exceptional event management, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.About the RoleThe Associate Director of Events will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.Responsibilities- Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events.- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.- Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery.- Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in event planning and management.Required Skills- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficient in project management and organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills- Experience with digital event platforms.- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.- Familiarity with budgeting software and tools.
