Responsibilities Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery. Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in event planning and management. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with digital event platforms. Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies. Familiarity with budgeting software and tools.
