Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in project management and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience with digital event platforms.Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.Familiarity with budgeting software and tools.
