Responsibilities - Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events. - Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery. - Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution. - Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in event planning and management. Required Skills - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills - Experience with digital event platforms. - Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies. - Familiarity with budgeting software and tools.
