We’re looking for someone who has strong creative skills and a passion for storytelling. You’ll be crafting the story of a travel and lifestyle accessories brand through social media and other organic marketing media. If you’re someone who specializes in showcasing products in ways that captivate audiences and drive engagement, this role is for you. This position is perfect for a high-energy individual who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable on camera, and excels at managing multiple tasks even with minimal direction. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Custo connects with its audience. Some of your important responsibilities: Build and execute a creative and engaging social media strategy for Custo Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the brand’s goals. Establish the brand identity for Custo Help define the brand’s voice and personality across platforms. Manage product and model photoshoots Plan, coordinate, and oversee photoshoots for the website, social media, and other marketing channels. Scout and collaborate with creators/influencers Identify and coordinate partnerships with influencers to create content for ads and social media campaigns. Participate in content creation Actively contribute to creating content, behind the scenes & in front of the camera, for social media and ads. Plan product launches Develop and execute product launches: teasers, countdowns, influencer partnerships, and launch-day content. This position is perfect for someone who can think strategically, work independently, and bring a fresh perspective. If you have a knack for storytelling, an eye for aesthetics, and the energy to keep up with a fast-paced brand, we’d love to hear from you Skills required: Excellent communication skills Previous experience working with D2 C brands Well-versed with social media platforms Your role can be expanded tremendously based on your skill set and interests. Your understanding of the brand and its audience will be key to your success in this position.
