Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in office software solutions, expanding the customer base.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, enhancing customer retention.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate office software products, showcasing the features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
  • Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in office software sales or consultancy is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for technology sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of office software solutions (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) is beneficial.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven sales environment.
