Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in office software solutions, expanding the customer base.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, enhancing customer retention.
- Product Presentation & Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate office software products, showcasing the features and benefits to potential clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
- Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue.
- Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in office software sales or consultancy is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for technology sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of office software solutions (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) is beneficial.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven sales environment.
