As the Head of FP&A at CARS24, you’ll be the driving force behind our financial strategy, turning data into powerful insights that guide our growth. You won’t just be analyzing numbers—you’ll be shaping the future of the business, working alongside executive leaders, and leading our financial initiatives to new heights. Architect Financial Strategy: Craft and lead forward-looking financial plans that power Cars24’s path to exceptional growth, aligning with business objectives.
Own the Numbers: Design, implement, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to bring clarity and precision to financial decision-making.
Be the Insight Engine: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape key business decisions and maximize ROI.
Streamline Excellence: Redesign and enhance processes and systems, making them more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the business’s needs.
Lead & Inspire: Mentor and lead a world-class FP&A team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with the executive team to shape and influence the company's overall strategy, providing insights that drive business growth.
Safeguard Success: Proactively manage financial risks and ensure compliance with internal and external standards to safeguard the company’s success.
Who’s the Perfect Fit?
You’re the one if you:
Have minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy, with a track record of success in high-growth environments.
Are skilled at turning complex financial data into clear stories and actionable insights.
Have led high-performing FP&A teams, driving efficiency, innovation, and a culture of excellence.
Excel at partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic business decisions.
Have a deep understanding of financial risks and how to manage them in a fast-paced industry.
