As the Head of FP&A at CARS24, you’ll be the driving force behind our financial strategy, turning data into powerful insights that guide our growth. - Architect Financial Strategy: Craft and lead forward-looking financial plans that power Cars24’s path to exceptional growth, aligning with business objectives.- Own the Numbers: Design, implement, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to bring clarity and precision to financial decision-making.- Be the Insight Engine: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape key business decisions and maximize ROI.- Streamline Excellence: Redesign and enhance processes and systems, making them more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the business’s needs.- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and lead a world-class FP&A team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with the executive team to shape and influence the company's overall strategy, providing insights that drive business growth.- Safeguard Success: Proactively manage financial risks and ensure compliance with internal and external standards to safeguard the company’s success.
