What will you drive?
1. Strategic Compliance Leadership
Lead the compliance function for Cars24 across India and international operations, setting strategic goals and aligning them with business objectives.
Build, implement, and monitor a robust compliance framework tailored for a rapidly scaling business environment.
2. Regulatory Expertise: India & Beyond
NBFC Compliance : Ensure 100% compliance with RBI regulations for NBFCs, managing regulatory filings and audits seamlessly.
FDI Compliance : Oversee foreign investment compliance, ensuring adherence to FDI policy limits, reporting, and approvals.
3. Data Privacy Champion
Develop and enforce data privacy policies aligned with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and global privacy standards.
Safeguard customer and employee data through cutting-edge practices and technologies.
4. Industry-Specific Compliance
Ensure Cars24 operates in full alignment with MORTH guidelines for used car dealers.
Oversee IRDA intermediary complianc e for Cars24’s insurance-related activities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory mandates.
5. Corporate Governance Excellence
Manage corporate secretarial responsibilities under the Companies Act, 2013, including board meeting compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with auditors to lead smooth compliance audits.
6. Risk Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across all verticals.
Act as the company’s liaison with regulatory authorities, fostering trust and transparency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of compliance and accountability at every level.
