Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure NAB meets its obligations in relation to Know Your Customer (KYC) - Customer Onboarding, KYC Refresh and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence for Low & Medium Risk C&IB banking relationships.


Essential capabilities

  • Strong working knowledge on complex entity structures (e.g Trust, Partnerships, funds, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and highly adaptable to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Ability to clearly articulate decision making in writing
  • Strong customer & compliance focus and attention to detail
  • Ensure Quality and Service levels are maintained at the agreed levels.


Essential capabilities
