Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in using automation tools like Clay, Expandi, Phantombuster, and Linked In Sales Navigator to design, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns. The candidate will play a key role in driving B2 B lead generation and nurturing prospects, particularly in the digital marketing and e Commerce sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize lead generation workflows using Clay, Expandi, Phantombuster, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
Identify and segment target audiences across industries to drive business growth.
Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, social media, Linked In, etc.).
Generate high-quality B2 B leads that align with GMR’s service offerings.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and effective follow-ups.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization based on data insights.
Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in demand generation and automation.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation progress, ROI, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Demand Generation Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency or relevant sector.
Expertise in Clay, Expandi, Phantombuster, and Linked In Sales Navigator automation tools, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of B2 B lead generation strategies , particularly in digital marketing and e Commerce industries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a remote setup and collaborating with a distributed team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.).
Preferred:
Prior experience in managing lead generation for digital marketing or e Commerce clients.
Familiarity with outreach personalization tools and creative email copywriting techniques.
