Job Description: We are seeking a talented SEO Analyst with 2-4 years of agency experience, preferably working with B2 C or D2 C brands, to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and drive organic traffic growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies tailored to each client's business objectives Create strategic documents and roadmaps that outline short-term and long-term SEO goals and tactics Manage client relationships, effectively communicating SEO strategies, progress, and results Demonstrate the impact of SEO on business growth through comprehensive reporting and analysis Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital marketing efforts Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategies accordingly Requirements 2-4 years of SEO experience in an agency setting, with a focus on B2 C or D2 C brands Proven track record of developing successful SEO strategies that drive business growth Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders Expertise in creating strategic SEO documents, including roadmaps, audits, and recommendation reports Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz Experience in demonstrating ROI and business impact of SEO initiatives Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field Preferred Skills Experience with e-commerce platforms and SEO for online retail Knowledge of content marketing and its role in SEO Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, including site speed optimization and mobile-friendliness Understanding of broader digital marketing channels and how they integrate with SEO The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for SEO and its impact on business growth. You should be comfortable managing client relationships, presenting complex data in an accessible manner, and adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of B2 C and D2 C brands. Your ability to create comprehensive SEO strategies and demonstrate their impact on business objectives will be crucial in this role.
