The position focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-scale device management and identity solutions, bridging on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). The successful candidate will work within the Core Infra IAM team to implement and maintain hybrid identity infrastructure.Role / Principal Accountabilities:-The engineering function is responsible for engineering all aspects of core services infrastructure components.-The candidate must be highly self-motivated team player with good oral and written skills and confidence to present to management.-The candidate should also have a good sense of discipline for change control procedures.-A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global engineering teamSkills & Experience Required:-Demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a global team, and on their own when required.-Strong oral and written communication.-Enthusiastic, eager and personable.-Ability to cope well under pressure.Essentails:-Hands-on experience with hybrid Azure AD join implementations-Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID integration-Experience with certificate-based authentication and modern authentication methods-Proficiency in configuring device compliance policies and conditional access-Experience with Microsoft Authenticator deployment in hybrid environments-Experience in using and developing automation and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiencies.Desirables:-Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) policies-Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)Job Specification-Understanding of Microsoft Intune configuration and management-Understanding of Zero Trust security principles-Experience with Tiered Admin Models in hybrid environments
