The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential buyers and meet sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience in lead generation, sales, and closing deals Knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and real estate contracts Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
