Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for a Transnational Design and Build BusinessWe are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead a tech-enabled design and build venture. As the CGO, you'll join a well-established Hong Kong-based company of Indian origin with a transnational presence across 100+ countries, leading this innovative business from its inception to market leadership.About the Business:This new venture focuses on providing tech-driven design and construction services for various sectors, including commercial spaces, hospitality, healthcare, and education. With cutting-edge tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM), augmented reality, and smart building technologies, the business delivers end-to-end solutions that optimize design and execution, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies, focusing on fundraising, joint ventures, M&A, and market expansion.Team Building: Build and lead a high-performance team, from the ground up, to support business growth.Partnerships & Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with tech-enabled construction firms, smart building technology providers, and real estate developers.Fundraising: Secure necessary capital (debt/equity) to fuel business growth and scale the business.Operational Efficiency: Leverage technology to optimize design, space planning, and project management.Implementation: Lead the execution of strategies, ensuring alignment between growth objectives and operational excellence.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Revenue Growth through strategic partnerships, fundraising, and M&A activities.Team Building Success: Recruit, mentor, and develop a core support team aligned with growth objectives.Partnerships and Alliances: Forge a set number of strategic alliances and joint ventures in the first year.Strategy Implementation: Successful execution of growth strategies, including new market penetration and operational optimization.Capital Raised: Secure necessary funding to meet growth and expansion targets.Operational Efficiency: Enhance project delivery through the integration of tech-driven solutions.What We’re Looking For:Profesionals with entrepreneurship experience are also welcome to apply15+ years of senior leadership experience in growth roles, with a proven background in fundraising, M&A, joint ventures, and stakeholder management in the tech-enabled construction, real estate, or design sectors.Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of BIM, digital project tools, and smart building technologies.Experience in global markets and expansion strategies.Proven success in team building, forming strategic partnerships, and leading growth initiatives independently.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Benefits:Base Salary: INR 70-90 Lakhs per annum.Performance Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary.Equity/ESOPs: 1-3% based on growth milestones.Leadership Development: Opportunities for executive training and career growth.International Travel to key markets for business development.Ready to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and scale this exciting new venture?
