Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for the 2 X-3 X Business Growth Company Overview: BGR, a global executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a Hong Kong-based, Indian-origin leading global player in the office and hospital furniture industry.

With operations in over 100+ countries, our client is on an ambitious growth path through their 2 X-3 X Business Growth Initiative.

This initiative aims to double their revenue in the next three years by scaling operations, expanding into new markets (CIS, USA, Europe), and diversifying product lines in sectors such as office furniture, medical supplies, and MSP services.

Position Overview: As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth by 2 X-3 X over the next 3-4 years.

This is a global leadership role, responsible for spearheading market expansion, leveraging technology for business optimization, and leading customer acquisition strategies in both B2 B and B2 C channels.

You will manage global stakeholder relationships, including investors, partners, and internal teams, while driving the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth and Global Market Expansion Develop and implement strategies for 2 X-3 X revenue growth in global markets, focusing on CIS, USA, and key sectors.

Lead B2 B and B2 C channel development and market entry efforts.

Technology-Driven Business Optimization Leverage technology and data analytics to drive operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement.

Integrate digital tools for seamless sales, marketing, and operational optimization.

Fundraising and Capital Strategy Lead capital-raising efforts (equity and debt) to secure the funding required for growth initiatives.

Optimize capital allocation to ensure maximum ROI for business expansion.

Customer-Centric Growth Strategy Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies for both B2 B and B2 C channels, leveraging a deep understanding of global consumer behavior.

Align product offerings with market trends and customer needs to optimize revenue.

Global Business Leadership and Strategic Alliances Lead cross-functional teams and manage global stakeholder relationships to achieve growth objectives.

Form strategic alliances, joint ventures, and execute M&A deals to accelerate growth.

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and integrating technology for scalable growth.

Optimize processes across regions to ensure consistent execution of growth strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve 2 X-3 X revenue growth within 3-4 years.

Successfully expand into new markets and increase market share in CIS, USA, and other target regions.

Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across B2 B and B2 C channels.

Enhance operational efficiency and technology integration to improve profit margins.

Desired Candidate Profile: Profesionals with entrepreneurship experience are also welcome to apply Experience: 15+ years in senior growth leadership roles with proven success in driving 2 X-3 X revenue growth over 3-4 years.

(Must have managed 1000cr revenue) Global Business Expertise: Strong background in leading global business initiatives, with expertise in consumer goods, channels, and retail (B2 B and B2 C).

Technology-Driven Growth: Experience in leveraging technology and data analytics for business optimization and growth.

Fundraising and Capital Strategy: Proven track record in raising capital and managing financial growth strategies.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling high-performance teams globally.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with investors, partners, and cross-functional teams across geographies.

Target Sectors & Companies: Candidates with experience in consumer goods, medical supplies, managed services, healthcare, and related industries will be ideal.

Target companies for growth include global leaders such as Herman Miller, Medtronic, IKEA, and Dyson.
