- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Optimize the company’s market positioning by leveraging data and consumer insights to drive targeted campaigns and strategic initiatives.

2. **Market Analysis and Research**:

- Oversee in-depth market analysis to evaluate new and existing market opportunities, including real estate trends, demand-supply dynamics, and financial performance metrics.
- Guide decision-making by providing actionable insights into market conditions, competitor strategies, and potential risks.
- Lead the development of strategic market reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools for internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, economic factors, and market conditions that could impact the business.

3. **Customer Excellence and Relationship Management**:

- Establish and drive customer-centric strategies to enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and maximize satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring the company’s offerings align with these insights.
- Work with customer service and sales teams to improve client engagement, resolve issues, and create opportunities for business growth.
