About this role:
Sr. Manager Business Development is a senior individual contributor role. This role will be responsible for driving Denave’s growth in India by identifying, qualifying and closing new businesses. This role focuses on Enterprise level accounts across Technology, FMCG, Retail, Telecom verticals in the region.
We are looking for a relevant experience self-starter individual who is comfortable working independently and selling services like Tele Sales / Data Analytics etc and other B2B services.
Responsibilities
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Develop a target pipeline with a focus on signature accounts
Play a key role in forecasting revenue, independently creating own forecasts committing to monthly and quarterly targets
Drive rapid increase in revenue growth from the target account list
Maintain consistent activity (meetings, presentations etc) month over month
Build and manage new relationships
Achievement of company goals including sales, profit, and strategic objectives
End-to-end ownership of the customer acquisition process from identification to ongoing account management.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, an MBA would be an advantage
You have more than 10 years of successful sales experience in B2B outsourcing services with an emphasis on acquiring new customers & business.
You have more than 5 years’ experience in managing Enterprise level client accounts in India Region
You are a hands-on person
You are relentless about winning, are passionate about sales and have the drive to exceed revenue targets
You have excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
A good understanding of the trends driving innovation in B2B outsourcing services/ Teleservices/Marketing Services / Inside Sales / Digital Marketing Services.
