Position: Senior Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner Sales
Location:  Gota, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Network Development and Management
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-potential channel partners to expand the sales network.
Regularly engage with channel partners through meetings, events, and communication to build long-term collaborations.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize partner productivity and revenue contributions.
2. Sales Target Achievement and Revenue Growth
Drive sales through channel partners by developing robust sourcing strategies and ensuring consistent lead flow.
Set and monitor sales targets for channel partners, providing regular feedback and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze partner performance metrics and take corrective actions to address gaps or enhance efficiency.
3. Training and Enablement Programs
Conduct training sessions for channel partners to familiarize them with Reneev Developers’ projects, sales processes, and value propositions.
Provide partners with sales tools, marketing collaterals, and support to enhance their market readiness.
Act as a key point of contact for resolving queries and ensuring channel partners are well-equipped to represent the brand.
4. CRM Management and Data-Driven Insights
Leverage CRM tools to track partner leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
Analyze CRM reports to identify trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and forecast partner contributions.
Ensure all partner interactions, deal statuses, and client information are accurately recorded in the CRM.
5. Marketing and Campaign Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute channel partner campaigns, events, and promotions.
Support channel partners in digital outreach, including WhatsApp campaigns and lead generation through targeted activities.
Ensure partners are updated on ongoing and upcoming project offerings through timely communication.
6. Market Research and Strategic Planning
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and channel partner best practices.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on improving partner network efficiency and market reach.
Regularly review market feedback and suggest product enhancements or promotional ideas.
7. Financial Oversight and Incentive Management
Ensure timely processing of channel partner commissions and incentive payouts in collaboration with the finance team.
Address partner concerns regarding financials with clarity, ensuring transparent and trust-based relationships.
Monitor the cost-effectiveness of channel partnerships and propose optimizations as needed.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Compliance
Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless partner onboarding and project handovers.
Ensure all channel partner activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
Proactively identify process improvements and recommend IT-driven solutions to enhance operations.
Key Qualifications
Experience:  5 to 7 years in channel partner management, sourcing, or real estate sales, with a strong focus on network building and revenue generation.
Sales Acumen:  Proven track record of achieving targets through channel-driven sales strategies.
Relationship Management:  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and sustain partner relationships.
Technical Expertise:  Proficient in CRM tools for lead tracking, performance analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and partner training platforms.
Market Knowledge:  In-depth understanding of the real estate market, channel partner dynamics, and sourcing strategies.
Communication Skills:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present and influence effectively.
Leadership:  Experience in mentoring and guiding channel partners or a sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Analytical Skills:  Ability to interpret data insights and align them with actionable strategies for channel success.
Compliance:  Familiar with legal and financial aspects of channel partner sales, including commission structures and regulatory standards.
