About the Role:
SISYA CLASS is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk hiring, exceptional networking skills, and expertise in leveraging job portals and platforms like LinkedIn for recruitment. This role is critical to building and managing a high-performing workforce as we scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for various roles, including teachers, mentors, and operational staff.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Networking and Sourcing:
Build and maintain a vast pool of connections across job portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
Actively engage with potential candidates and professional groups to maintain a talent pipeline.
Onboarding and Employee Engagement:
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Provide guidance on best HR practices and maintain up-to-date employee records.
Performance Management:
Assist in developing KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks.
Work with department heads to align employee goals with organizational objectives.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR roles, specifically in the EdTech or education industry.
Skills:
Strong expertise in bulk hiring and recruitment tools.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
