Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Looks Salon in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
