Title : Service Now Integration Developer II (Offshore)
Location: Remote - India
Required Qualifications
· Ability to build Service Now Reports, dashboards, and homepages.
· Ability to set up data security via control rules and domain separation.
· Expertise in Service Now Development and Integrations
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Service Now configuration and development.
· Minimum of 3 years supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the Service Now tool.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
· Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
· Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance.
o User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules (using advanced work assignment), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.
Expertise in Service Now Development and Integrations
· Build Service Now Reports, dashboards, and homepages.
· Set up data security via control rules and domain separation.
· Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.
· Hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more of the following: Java Script, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, Jelly Script.
· Administer a Service Now instance, including group roles, permissions, business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
· Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented.
· Peer review of other developers’ user stories.
· Provide technical documentation as required.
· Develop, manage, and configure Service Now applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks.
· Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implementing required functionality, involving technical leads as needed.
