Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our US IT staffing division. This role focuses on driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence within the US. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic leader with a deep understanding of IT staffing and recruitment, capable of building lasting client partnerships and delivering on sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and engage decision-makers in target organizations to create new business opportunities. Conduct market research to expand into new industries and client segments. Generate leads, create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Account Management Manage and expand client accounts by understanding staffing needs and delivering customized solutions. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and service delivery. Resolve escalations effectively and in a timely manner. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy. Provide actionable insights to refine client offerings and growth strategies. Networking & Marketing Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote services and expand professional networks. Develop and present sales pitches that align with client needs and support business growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. Advanced certifications in computer applications or IT preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, business development, and account management. Proven track record in managing full recruitment life cycles and sourcing for niche roles. In-depth knowledge of the US IT market and staffing ecosystem. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client relationship management and internal team collaboration abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic in approach. Industry Specialties: IT, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Engineering, Sales, and Administrative staffing. Extensive experience with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and third-party companies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, ATS (e.g., Job Diva), and various job boards. Familiarity with recruitment and staffing tools and technologies.
