Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- As the Manufacturing Technology Leader at Motherson – Health & Medical , you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating manufacturing processes, managing projects, and leading a team of engineers. Your extensive experience in various roles of expertise, such as NPI, manufacturing engineering, and supplier development, will enable you to guide and mentor your team while ensuring the seamless execution of projects
Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and industry standards.
- Previous experience in leadership roles, with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards is advantageous.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Extensive experience of 12-15 years in various roles, including NPI, manufacturing engineering, and supplier development.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to completion.
