Role Overview As a Graduate Trainee – Technology & Operations , you’ll gain exposure to various functions within our team, from client support and technical troubleshooting to project coordination and operations. Key Responsibilities Client Support: Provide first-line assistance to clients, helping with basic technical queries, guiding them through platform setup, and ensuring a seamless experience. Operations & Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day coordination of operations, working with different teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Project Assistance: Support project managers with various tasks, including documentation, tracking project milestones, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Technical Troubleshooting: Learn to handle technical queries from clients, coordinating with the tech team to resolve issues and enhance user experience. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organised records of client interactions, troubleshooting logs, and project updates to ensure transparency and improve processes. Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learning to develop skills in technical support, operations, client success, and Saa S technology.
