
CRM Project Executive

If you live and breathe HubSpot (or similar CRMs), love creating order out of chaos, and get excited about helping sales and success teams work smarter — this role is for you.
#Own the CRM: Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
~ Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
