CRM Manager

What You'll Do
- Own the CRM: Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Build processes: Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
- Keep it clean: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
- Enable the team: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
- Drive insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
- Support growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
- Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
