Job Description

● Candidate Screen: Assess and interview candidates to find the perfect fit for our dynamic team.

● Strategy Guru: Collaborate with managers to craft winning recruitment plans.

● Brand Ambassador: Showcase why Yocket is the place to be through employer branding efforts.

● Offer Maestro: Finalise offers and welcome new stars on board

Talent Hunt: Use your creativity to attract top-tier candidates through social media, job boards, and events. 

Requirements

● Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

● Talent Spotter: Proven experience in talent acquisition.

● People Person: Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.

● Innovation Junkie: Always exploring fresh ways to discover top talent
