We’re looking for a sharp and driven Billing & Estimation Site Engineer to join our dynamic team working on boutique luxury villa developments in Goa.

CTC - 1.8L to 2.64L

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for civil and interior works
  • Support billing processes - measurement verification, contractor billing, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with site teams for timely and accurate work progress reports
  • Analyze and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into quantifiable estimates
  • Create basic 3D visuals using Google SketchUp for presentation or estimation support
  • Monitor material usage and assist in project budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain records for audit and project closure

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 0–2 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and BOQ preparation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and materials
  • Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
