Role & responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise civil works for sewerage, wastewater treatment plants (STP/FSTP/Johkasou), and associated infrastructure projects.

  • Monitor day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with the Head Office and Project Manager on progress reports, site challenges, and resource planning.

  • Verify contractor/vendor bills and prepare progress measurements.
  • Ensure timely completion of milestones in line with project schedules.
  • Liaise with government officials, consultants, and stakeholders at site for approvals and inspections.
  • Lead site-level teams (junior engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor).

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 25 years of experience in construction project execution (government infra, water, or wastewater projects preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil works (concreting, reinforcement, foundations, piping, etc.).
  • Prior experience in North-East India projects will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in North Tripura and adapt to site-based working condition
