Experience: 5 to 10 years
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Executive for our Contracts division. This key position is essential in managing all pre and post-contract activities related to our prestigious residential luxury villa projects. The successful candidate will have a profound understanding of contract management, project oversight, and vendor relationship development.

Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring that all contracts are meticulously drafted, reviewed, and managed to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Lead project management initiatives to guarantee timely project delivery within specified scope and budgetary constraints.
Facilitate vendor development by evaluating, onboarding, and nurturing strong relationships with external partners to enhance project execution.
Conduct comprehensive rate analyses and take charge of negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and detailed reporting aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector.

Demonstrated expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
Willingness to travel as necessary based on project requirements.
