Profile-We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. If you have experience in the hospitality industry (front office, guest relations, or similar roles), your skills in client service, multitasking, and attention to detail make you an ideal candidate for this dynamic role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar : Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Be on the move : Accompany the CEO for meetings, events, and business trips as needed.
  • Communication Hub : Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage all front-office activities, including handling calls, coordinating guest appointments.

  • Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing high-profile meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Document Preparation : Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with precision.
  • Flexibility and Foresight : Anticipate the CEO’s needs and adapt to shifting priorities on the go.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hospitality experience (front office, guest relations, or reception) or a similar client-facing role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage schedules on the move.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
