Cybersecurity Sales Engineer

Agix International Pvt Ltd, an OT cybersecurity solution provider that helps organizations protect
their assets from ever-increasing cyber threats emanating from external and internal
environments, is looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Sales Engineer to work in a fast-growing
start-up.
The Cybersecurity Sales Engineer will act as the primary resource for the sales of our services
in the Middle East. The main function of this role will be to combine superior cybersecurity
technical knowledge and sales skills to provide consultation to current and potential customers
and partners.
This individual will work closely with the sales team in the development and execution of a
comprehensive sales plan. This individual will further be responsible for identifying
opportunities to gain brand and marketing recognition.
Initially, for up to the next eight months, this position offers you to work 10 to 15 hours per
week as a freelancer remotely while you continue with your existing job. Later, based on mutual
comfort, you will be absorbed as a full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer and partner opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers/partners to identify opportunities and grow
Cybersecurity sales.
- Technically enable customers/partners to sell and implement company
solutions.
- Deliver value to our customers through solution presentations, product demos,
customer workshops, and proof of concept deployments.
- Address technical questions and offer insight into best practices.
- Respond to RFI’s & RFP’s.
- Engage and educate key partners and customers on the latest security
technologies.
- Be able to participate in Security Events/Trade shows.
- To act as a single point of contact for all Presales Technical activities.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in a vendor/partner environment,
preferably in cybersecurity.
- Experience in Operational Technology (OT) security is an advantage.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work with minimum or no supervision
- Well organized, flexible, efficient, and effective.
- Person adaptable to change.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written, self-motivated, capable of
working remotely.
- Excellent team player.
- Complete English fluency.
