Technical Skills: : EUC Lead

Must-Have/Mandatory:

Expertise in Windows XP,Win7/8/10, VDI, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VMware

Primary Skills

· Should be ITIL V3 certified. Should have understanding on Service operations and service design

· Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with team and end users

· Manage escalation and provide timely solution

· Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problems

· Ability to identify appropriate approach when working on complex technical issues.

· Ability to work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously

· Good knowledge on the Operations life cycle and activities

· Excellent client facing and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Should be flexible with the shift and willing to take responsibilities and ownership

· Driving improvements / initiatives

· Reduce attrition and strengthen teams technical knowledge

Secondary Skills

· Associate should have played Client service role minimum of 2 years and should have basic understanding on Networking, Windows, setting up desk for users

· Knowledge of technologies underlying Enterprise Mobility Management solutions such as device mgmt., app management, data management, file sharing / syncing, identity/ access management and adjacent technologies

· Should have knowledge on Troubleshooting Audio, Video devices

· Sound knowledge and experience in Supporting VIP users

· Basic on with Azure Active directory, Azure AD Connect

· Good knowledge in Mobile Device Management using Intune

· Basic knowledge with Office 365 Administration

Candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all Enterprise Mobility Management solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed
