What we are looking for
Role: EUC -Desktop Engineering Lead
Experience Range: 8 – 12 Years
Location: chennai
Must-Have:
Primary Skills:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and support of mobile devices and applications.
- Manage the packaging and deployment of software applications to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Implement and maintain antivirus solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure timely distribution of software updates and patches to maintain system security and performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for incidents, tasks, and change requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage and deliver IT projects related to desktop support and other managed services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Secondary Skills:
- Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
- ITIL Certification.
