We're building the next-generation Fleet Intelligence Platform (Telematics / FMS) for the Indian market. Our vision is to transform how commercial vehicles are

managed, combining smart telematics hardware, and AI-driven SaaS.

With India's 10M+ commercial vehicles and increasing compliance requirements, this is an opportunity to reshape logistics and mobility.

Your Role

We are looking for a CTO who can lead the product vision and build the technology backbone. This is not just about writing code - it's about owning the end-to-end technology stack and shaping the future of logistics in India.

What You'll do

1-12 Months:

  • Lead the design and development of embedded telematics hardware
  • Architect a scalable SaaS platform (APIs, dashboards, integrations, IT, etc.)
  • Implement AI for relevant actionable insights
  • Build an engineering team (hardware, firmware, cloud, data science)
  • Work closely with the founder on fundraising, pilots, and partnerships

13-36 Months:

  • Scale the platform to tens of thousands of vehicles
  • Develop the ecosystem
  • Define long-term product roadmap across India and emerging markets
  • Shape the company's technical culture and innovation DNA

Who You Are

  • Deep Experience in IoT/embedded systems, telematics, and / or SaaS platforms
  • Strong background in hardware-software integration
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on builder today, tech leader tomorrow
  • Passion for mobility, logistics, or automotive tech
  • Comfortable with early-stage startup risks-reward trade-offs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior people / project / product leadership skills
