Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in Bengaluru . The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. The CFO will also lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with senior management to drive company growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Deep experience in
e-commerce, consumer internet, or modern retail
businesses

Strong track record in
fundraising (equity & debt), and managing investor relations

  • Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Risk Management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Strategic thinking and Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Experience in a senior financial leadership role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred
