Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Chat
Job Location : Bangalore
Role Description: A CSA in this role responds to customer queries and provide resolution, support and assistance to the customers who send Chats pertaining to existing/new queries on services provided by the client. The Agent will play an integral role in improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues through both chat and voice channels.
- Analyze transactions and customer accounts to identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
- Communicate with customers to verify transactions and resolve fraud-related issues.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately and timely.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize fraud risks.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers & Experienced professionals (1–2 years)
- Qualification: Any Arts/Science Degree (No B.E/B.Tech for freshers if experienced can apply)
- Skills: Excellent communication + Strong written skills
