About the Role
Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Key Accounts
Location: Delhi
Reporting to : AGM Sales (Key Accounts)
Responsibilities
- Identifying & Developing key account focusing on Public Sector Undertakings, Public limited large industries for solar PV module sales in North India
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our key customers.
- Support in sales negotiations with our critical clients.
- Develop & executive account plans with in time lines
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, PSUs, and consultants, driving business growth and securing new opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including product presentation, negotiation, and tender processes, particularly with PSUs.
- Address the product related/key account issues effectively
- Play an active role in strategic initiatives, such as formulating target customer strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact between external vendors and key customers.
- Negotiate with key clients and meet deadlines for long-term goal fulfilment etc.,
- Maintain the latest sales data using CRM software & Compile reports for the top management.
Qualifications
Education: B.E. or MBA
Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years in PV Module Sales with a focus on key accounts and PSUs in North India.
Proven track record in solar module sales and familiarity with product details, competitor analysis, and PSU tender processes.
