Role Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, assisting customers with product selections, and representing the Outerworld brand with confidence and professionalism. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide personalised assistance throughout their shopping experience Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, fabrics, fits, and styling Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance Manage visual merchandising and ensure store presentation standards are maintained Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock replenishment Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups Address customer concerns with patience and a solution-oriented approach Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion and ability to provide styling assistance Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving skills and proactive mindset Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and store operations (preferred) Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts, including weekends
