Job Title: Retail Salesperson Outerworld is a homegrown Indian luxury menswear brand known for its refined yet bold design philosophy. We combine premium craftsmanship with modern aesthetics to create standout menswear for every occasion. Our retail experience reflects the same commitment to quality, style, and exceptional service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, assisting customers with product selections, and representing the Outerworld brand with confidence and professionalism. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Greet customers and provide personalised assistance throughout their shopping experience Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, fabrics, fits, and styling Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance Manage visual merchandising and ensure store presentation standards are maintained Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock replenishment Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory) Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and store operations (preferred) Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts, including weekends
