This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:  Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
Relationship Building:  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Sales Targets:  Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver proposals to potential customers. Tailor proposals to meet customer requirements and highlight the organization's value proposition.
Market Research:  Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
Collaboration:  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
Reporting:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Must have:
Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales and business development
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Strong Business Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
