
Senior Head of Sales

Shift: US Shift between 7pm to 4am IST
S. enterprise clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
Client Relationship Management: Travel for Deal Finalization: Willingness to travel to the United States at later stages for deal finalization depending on client needs and project scalability.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems, providing regular reports to senior management.
Must Have: Candidate needs to have an existing network of U.Experience : 5+ to 15 years in the U.IT services enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing more than $800k in business in the last 12 months.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively, with a unique approach to sales and a hunter mentality.
Client Network : Role Preference: Open to an individual contributor role focused on sales lead hunting and closing deals in the U.Experience with IT service-based roles, having worked with firms such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, IBM, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, or Mindtree.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally, particularly to the U.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
