Head of Sales & Marketing - Biologics CDMO - India

QP Group is exclusively partnered with a Biologics CDMO in India who are looking for a senior commercial leader with extensive strategic marketing and sales operations experience. This unique role will shape and execute the company's global marketing strategy while overseeing sales operations to ensure a customer-centric, high-performance commercial organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and visibility across biologics services.
  • Oversee sales operations, including inside sales, RFP management, Salesforce (SFDC) administration, analytics, and process optimisation.
  • Drive a culture of customer centricity, ensuring smooth engagement from proposal through delivery.
  • Partner closely with senior commercial leadership to align marketing and sales operations with revenue growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide decision-making.

Experience Required :

  • 10+ years experience at a Biologics CDMO
  • Strong track record in strategic marketing and sales operations leadership.
  • Expertise in managing RFP teams, CRM systems (SFDC), and inside sales functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
