Employee friendly policies Health care and insurance for you and your dependents Healthy Work life balance A great working environment Future career opportunities across a global organization We will count on you to: Managing and overseeing the Portfolio Solutions Group commitments to external Platforms, Governance Boards and sub-Committees, including management level governance forums Establishing and operationalizing a refreshed Investment Governance Model specific to the Portfolio Solutions Group as the Investment Manager for several externally distributed and managed portfolios. Prepare written reports and presentation of Investment and Portfolio information to Boards, sub committees and management level committees, focusing on compliance and risk. Oversight of all policy, regulatory, compliance, disclosure, legal and fiduciary requirements, and ensuring they are adhered to, tracked and met in line with service levels. Establish and build strong collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, the external RE’s and their risk, compliance, legal, product etc. sub-committees. Service delivery of all governance, compliance, and risk services to ensure requirements are met to agreed service levels. Oversight of Investment Management Board and sub-Committee deliverables and proactive management of each to ensure they are delivered at a high quality. Manage queries and requests relating to Boards from internal and external stakeholders Remain informed and educated about industry and market developments and best practice through continuing education activities What you need to have: 4+ years’ experience with investment governance, specifically understanding of investment structures, managed funds and the fiduciary, regulatory, compliance obligations that come with it. Experience in independently managing multiple, complex projects and applying problem solving and creative thinking. Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
