# ; About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Tele Sales Executive to drive our book publishing sales and manage author relationships. The role involves closing sales, building a strong client pipeline, and ensuring a smooth publishing experience for authors. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about customer success.
# ; Key Responsibilities
Sell and promote Book Publishing Packages to prospective authors
Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and close deals
Convert leads into successful sales by following up consistently.
Guide authors through the publishing process with professionalism
Maintain client files, agreements, and documentation in MS Word/Excel
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet overall revenue goals
✅ Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Experience in Sales / Customer Support / Tele calling preferred
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Confident in handling client interactions
Ability to train and onboard clients on services
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
# ; What We Offer
Fixed Salary: INR 14,000/month*
Performance Incentives: Up to INR 6,000/month
One week of training will be provided before starting the role.

✅ * Variable Pay based on Sales Slab:
~8-15 Sales: ₹1,500 bonus, for a total of ₹8,500 (₹7,000 Basic + ₹1,500 Bonus)
~16-20 Sales: ₹2,500 bonus, for a total of ₹9,500 (₹7,000 Basic + ₹2,500 Bonus)
~21-25 Sales: ₹3,500 bonus, for a total of ₹10,500 (₹7,000 Basic + ₹3,500 Bonus)
~26-29 Sales: ₹4,500 bonus, for a total of ₹11,500 (₹7,000 Basic + ₹4,500 Bonus)
~ Exactly 30 Sales: ₹7,000 bonus, for a total of ₹14,000 (₹7,000 Basic + ₹7,000 Bonus)
If you exceed the target of 30 sales , you will receive additional incentives for each extra sale.
The salary will be variable for the first three months. After that, it will be fixed based on performance.
