10+ years in US staffing, project mobilization, or talent delivery leadership

~ Strong exposure to setting up delivery operations and scaling teams

~ Proven ability to operate across staffing firms and internal delivery organizations

~ Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-border stakeholder management
